Ambiskuy: Bridging Education Through Social Connection. Ambiskuy is a mobile application platform with a social media format, emphasizing the realm of education. It serves as a connecting hub for individuals passionate about sharing educational experiences. Currently, Ambiskuy is honing in on users gearing up for the University Entrance Test (UTBK). So, getting into college through UTBK? It's like trying to solve a really tricky puzzle. We chatted with three friends, and guess what they all said? Finding study materials for UTBK is a big headache. Yeah, you can find stuff on the internet and social media, but it's all over the place. Imagine needing something and not having a one-stop-shop for all things UTBK. On top of that, lots of students are feeling lost, not sure where to start, and they could use some help figuring out how to get ready for UTBK.
So, here's the idea: let's create an app or a cool space just for these students. An app that makes studying for UTBK super easy by bringing together all the materials, giving practice questions, and sharing useful tips. This way, students can start their UTBK prep without feeling stressed and without all the distractions that come with using social media for studying.
Our survey with 50 students using Google Forms spilled the beans on three big problems they're facing: feeling overwhelmed by tons of study materials (37 people), stressing out while studying (29 people), and dealing with distractions like phones (24 people). Armed with this info, we're on a mission to create a platform that tackles these issues, making UTBK preparation way easier for these students.
